Report content
If something here is you, and you didn't agree to it, tell us and we take it down.
You don't need an account. You don't need a lawyer. Send us one message and we will act on it against the clock below.
How to report
Email support@enginyyr.com. Copyright notices can go to support@enginyyr.com. Law-enforcement requests and legal process: support@enginyyr.com.
What to tell us
- Your name, and an email address we can reach you at.
- Your electronic signature — your full legal name, typed.
- Where the material is: a link, an asset id, or a description of where you saw it.
- What is wrong with it.
- That you are reporting it in good faith.
For intimate images, tell us the depiction was published without consent and — if you are not the person depicted — who you are to them. For copyright, identify the work, give an address or phone number, and state under penalty of perjury that your information is accurate and you are authorised to act.
Leave one of those out and we still file the report and still start the clock. We come back to you for the missing piece. We do not drop it.
How fast we act
| What happened | We act within | Why that number |
|---|---|---|
| Intimate images of you shared without your consent, including AI-generated ones | 48 hours | required by law — TAKE IT DOWN Act, Pub. L. 119-12 |
| Child safety | 24 hours | our commitment |
| Copyright infringement | 72 hours | our commitment |
| Someone using your face, voice or likeness | 168 hours | our commitment |
| Anything else | 336 hours | our commitment |
What we actually do
- You get a reference the moment the report is filed, so you can chase it.
- If the report is valid we remove the material and every byte-identical copy we hold. Our files are addressed by their content, so one removal reaches all of them.
- We delete the stored file and purge the CDN cache, not just a database row.
- We write down what we removed, when, why, and who decided. That record survives the deletion it describes.
- Repeated infringement moves an account down an enforcement ladder: warned, restricted, suspended, banned.
What this page is not
This describes the removal process, not our terms of service. We do not scan proactively for this material — the obligation attaches to what we are told about. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
We have not yet registered a designated agent with the US Copyright Office. Until we do, copyright notices still reach us at the address above, and are logged and acted on.
